Liz has been working with Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty since 2006. Her love of all things Real Estate started as a teen when her family moved from Queens to Long Island and renovated a home. After college she worked for 2 appraisal companies before deciding, with her family, to make the move to Orange County. Her husband is a contractor and developer and Liz is exposed to and involved in many facets of that business. She started working for Rand Realty and obtained her salesperson license. She is a certified staging specialist and photographer, has numerous investment properties, buys and flips homes and handles new construction developments.
Liz's background in numerous aspects of Real Estate are great tools she brings to the table for buyers, sellers and investors. Her photography and staging skills allow her to best advise you in prepping a home for sale. Her construction experience provides her an insight to issues that may require a specialized inspector and her appraisal knowledge gives her a keen ability to hone in on market values.
Being born in Queens, raised in Long Island and now living in Orange County for over 15 years, Liz covers a wide geographical area which includes Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Westchester, Dutchess, Southern Ulster, Southern Sullivan as well as areas of Queens and Nassau County.
